Seasons // Years // Months //
From the start of 2013 til now, the fitness journey was taken serious. I have had many goals and continue to have more goals in my life with fitness. I’ve always wanted to be the best version of myself, challenge myself in many opportunities and inspire everyone around me that this is possible.
The biggest thing about all these photos, I loved myself in every season but a lil differently. I knew I was in a good place or going to be in a better place but I always pushed myself knowing it was possible. Only thing in my way was me.
I post this to share that even though I might not look my best right now I feel great and am happy for showing up for myself everyday. Always taking on challenges and setting new goals. I strive to still be better. Love yourself, but love yourself a lil more and push to be better . Physically, mentally, spiritually.
Don’t be afraid to start, that’s the hardest part, but remind yourself the end what could be possible, and to trust the process but enjoy the journey. 🙏🏽
