Hello KTI Family. It looks like COVID-19 has affected us much more than we would like. Unfortunately, after 20+ years of being open, KTI Rancho is permanently closing. I know these are more difficult techniques but its part of the challenge to do your best. My workouts are generally 2 to 3 hours daily. See if you could do parts 1-6 together today! Doing it all will give you a decent workout. Doing it good will make you a good Instructor!

ADVANCED KICKS 8/10-11 (BROWN-BLACK) since we know all of our kicks we run through a cardio workout and learn new versions of pushups and situps to help advance our arm and ab strength.
