Good morning friends. As promised I will be posting more workout routines and meal plans to help you get Fit!
Here is the meal plan I'm currently on:
#1: 6:30am
1,000 mgCLA(before food)
7 egg whites + 1 whole
+ 1/2c oats
2,000mg FISH OIL( after food)
#2: 9:30am
8oz of chicken + 1c of Green beans + 4oz yam
#3: 12:30pm (pre workout)
8oz of Steak/Chicken + 1c greens beans
#4: After Workout (post workout)
BCAA & Glutamine in H2O(before food)
6oz of Chicken breast + 4oz white rice
Digestive enzymes ( after food)
#5: 4-5:30pm
7oz COD + 1c. Asparagus
#6: 1 hour before going to bed
7oz COD + 1c Asparagus + 1 cucumber ( helps with digestion)
Let the Fat Burn!!
