No amount of words could ever describe the happiness I feel with her in my arms. She didn’t arrive as I had wanted and planned, a natural birth without medication was just not in the cards for us… as much as I mentally and physically prepared for it….
So unplanned C-section it was. After all the hours of labor, I would do it all again (Even though those Pitocin contractions are no damn joke) And everyone was right. The moment I saw her, everything changed. What mattered in my life changed. This feeling is different, in a good way and I am so excited for this new chapter. Amaia Rae Benitez, I love you, my little one, beyond words could explain. Here’s to you baby!

Please join me in congratulating Adriana for being the winner of my first 90 Day Transformation Challenge!
While all my clients kicked butt, in the end, it came down to one main thing: consistency in progress!
All my clients did an amazing job sticking as closely to meal plans, cardio, and workout regiments. They were determined and worked hard but in the end it was Adriana who maintained consistency in regards to making progress.l with each checkin!
All in all, she dropped from 156.6 lbs to 136 lbs. In her bust she lost 3 inches, in her waist she lost 4 inches and in her Hips, she lost 1 inch totaling 8 inches lost. Her bodyfat went from 37% body fat to 32%, and Check in by check in, there was no question where she was losing! I am so proud of you Adriana and each and every one of my clients for completing this 90 day program! It wasn’t easy! You all faced challenges! In the end, I am proud to be able to guide you through this journey!
