From our little ones navigating core control and flexibiliy to our advanced gymnasts working progressions two levels ahead, everyone moves at their own pace—and every single victory along the way deserves to be celebrated.

​There is no perfection in this sport; the real magic is in the journey, the daily grind, and the joy of watching these kids discover how strong they truly are. We win by lifting each other up, taking responsibility for our growth, and trusting the system.

Saturdays are for the grind. 🤸‍♀️✨

​From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 18 dedicated athletes step onto the floor with one goal: pushing past their limits. We kick off with two intense hours of plyometrics, strength conditioning, and foundation tumbling, followed by bringing that power into floor routines.

​Comp season is around the corner, and the energy in the gym is undeniable. Confidence is building, determination is peaking, and effort is turning into new upgrades every single week. On this team, upgrades aren't just given—they’re earned through focus, motivation, and personal growth.

I truly love what I do.

It’s not always easy, but the challenges force me to focus on what my athletes need most. Learning and working together gives me a powerful window into how young athletes think, process success, and handle hard work.

​We are a TEAM. We may all have separate goals, but we share the exact same objective: dedication, persistence, and striving for success together! 🤸✨

Coach T's team warm up.
I created rounds of specialized plyometric, dynamic shaping, power, control, speed skills to enhance motor skills.

If you have alot of kids, have a learder that shows good form and formation. The learder is reponsible on counting 5 rounds of 5 to 10 repetitions per station.
When 5 completed rounds are done, they get a water break and we start CIrcut #2 with intermidiate skills. The CIcuit #3 is the most advanced but is motified for some gymnasts.

Registration for our School is Available Monday through Saturday.

Virginia Beach, you were amazing!

​Younique Fitness had the incredible opportunity to fly out to Virginia Beach and train at Excalibur Gymnastics! A massive thank you to Gustavo and Marina for being such wonderful hosts.

​Our gymnasts had the privilege of training alongside National Level Coaches, gaining fresh skills, leveling up their technique, and boosting their confidence every step of the way.

​From top-notch training at Top Flight to the kindness and warmth of the entire Excalibur Gym staff, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We're heading home super motivated, inspired, and fully ready to crush this upcoming season!

​When working with a full house on vault, flow and progression are key. During our Summer Intensive Team Camp, we break down every phase of the vault into high-rep, targeted stations—focusing on elite body tension, dynamic shoulder block, explosive board power, and precision coordination.
