MISSION STATEMENT

The Impact Racing Team was formed to enrich the sport of cycling by providing an avenue for racers to give back to society on and off the bike. We will donate a minimum of 50% off our sponsorship fund back to a range of charitable organizations. We advocate for riders of all levels and work to build a positive and constructive bridge between cycling and our community. Safety on

the bike, obeying traffic laws and representing cyclist in a positive manner on and off road is a top priority. We believe the sport of cycling can and should be shared with others to promote charitable contributions and provide awareness of worthy causes. WHO WE ARE

We are bicycle racers in Southern California of all levels and disciplines. Members are chosen not only by their strength as a racer, but as importantly by the character and integrity they exude on and off the bike. Members strive to be well respected in the cycling community and in their own community, both personally and professionally. SPONSORS

OUR COMMITMENT

Team members are all required to perform some form of community service and or make monetary donations each year in the name Impact Racing. After limited expenses, the balance of sponsorship money will be donated to charities chosen by team members in the name of Impact Racing. We commit to adhering to a code of common decency that includes, but is not limited to protecting the integrity and brand of our sponsors as we represent them on and off the bike. We also commit to lead by example and share our leadership with positive attitude and behavior. We commit to creating value for our team and sponsors by intentionally being focused on strength and character while competing on our bicycles.

MASSIVE congrats goes out to our guy . He tackled the Waffle down at this weekend. The course was NO JOKE with 122mi and 10k of climbing. Christian has been putting in the work lately, so it was no surprise he was about able to get it done.

Giving back to the community is the back bone of IMPACT RACING. Being in a position to help when and where we can is something we cherish. Especially when it’s through the vessel of cycling. With that being said, we would like to introduce our newest memebers and . We partnered up with them and long time partner to donate two bicycles as raffle prizes for the “Safe Routes” initiative at Rancho Cucamonga Elementary. The program really promotes being an active and healthy community by providing safe routes to school for walking and riding your bike. We had a blast as guest of the school and were very excited to present the bikes to our two awesome winners!
