Hello Hiit AF Fam! After experiencing HYROX Las Vegas as a spectator / camera man for the girls i have to say i was inspired by our very own HYROX athletes Shantay, Judy, Erin, Kristine, Jessica and Terence.
So with that i have made the decision to step up my game on my nutrition & my weekly workout routines.
