Hi Everyone - happy to announce that Taekwondo is officially back at the RMA building. Starting January 5th we’ll be conducting classes every Thursday from 5:15pm- 8pm. Below is the schedule breakdown.

*5:15pm - 6pm ~ Ages 6-10
*6:15pm - 7pm ~ Ages 10+
*7:15pm - 8pm ~ Teens / Adults (kickboxing/ circuit training)

Please reach out if you have any questions. I’ll be there next Thursday getting everything ready and opening the floor to anyone who wants to throw a few kicks!
