I love this yoga class at LA Fitness! I have been coming to it for about 2 years and it helped me rehab my feet after 3 surgery I had over three years! The instructor Ralph is so funny and I enjoy his jokes! This morning he said spend some quality time with your hips! We should all do that as our feet, ankles, knees come out of our hips and is we want everything to work we have to expend the range of motion and flexibility we can stay strong longer! Another one he says is: Are you breathing! This is so important as we know it already but practicing breathing will help us with concentration and focus! I just love when he says: Any left arm! You all would be surprised how important coordination is as we are aging! Keeping your body healthy and mind sharp so we can simple live longer and quality life! Happy November ❤️
