A transformation that goes so much deeper than what you see in these photos. 🩷

Yes, the physical progress is incredible, but Coach Aleesha is most proud of everything her client has built along the way: confidence, mental strength, discipline, and the ability to keep showing up for herself even when it’s hard.

Because real transformation isn’t just about changing your body. It’s about becoming someone who believes in herself, keeps the promises she makes to herself, and continues working toward her goals even on the tough days. 🥹💪

So proud of the work these two have put in together. This is what consistency, patience, and trusting the process looks like. 👏

Huge shoutout to our client Joe for completing his first Spartan Race! 🏃‍♂️🏅

Joe puts in the work here at the gym with Coach Gary and teamed up with another one of our coaches to prepare specifically for his first Spartan and all that work paid off.

He showed up, took on the challenge, and CONQUERED it. 👏

This is what we love to see: setting a goal, putting in the work, and getting it DONE.

Challenge of the Week: because regular dips were apparently too easy 😂

Hex bar on the safeties, keep it balanced, and see how many dips you can get before things go sideways. Some of our coaches understood the assignment… others just survived it 💀

And then there’s Joey, casually knocking out 7.5 reps because apparently he needed everyone to know he could. 😂
