The owner is here all the time, listening and getting feedback from members. You are not a number here, there are no gimmicks, we do not jam you in like sardines. We focus on you and your real needs. We will be as close to having a personal trainer as you will get in a small group setting. Our number one job is getting you results. There is no guess work here - we use high tech body composition technology to track your progress accurately. It keeps us accountable too. Not being a franchise means we can change and update and we are always improving, doing what is really proven over time and science to work, not a new trend or fad invented to get people in the door. Forge will become your home away from home -not just a place to workout. We work for you, take care of you, you become like family.
