Doing everything we can to support the Randolph High School Wrestling program and its athletes

On July 23, the Randolph Wrestling team held our first annual TOTAL.

Each wrestler had one hour to hit a max on the bench, squat, and deadlift. Their combined total earned them a spot in one of our strength clubs:
💪 500 lb Club
💪 750 lb Club
💪 1,000 lb Club

We also recognized our pound for pound strongest wrestler who takes home the belt until next year.

Our guys have been putting in the work all summer in the weight room and on the mat. This was a great way to see how far everyone has come, and we’re just getting started.

Looking forward to carrying this momentum into the season. Winter can’t come soon enough! 🤼

Proud of the work our wrestlers put in at the Hopatcong Duals this past week. The offseason is where progress is made, and this group continues to show up, compete, and improve.

Next up the TOTAL. 💪
