Thanks to our founding fathers John Adam's, Benjamin Franklin, Alexander Hamilton, john jay, thomas jefferson, james maddison, and George Washington for setting up our great country for success. some of whom meticiously drafted the Declaration of Independence & our constitution which is why we are the country with absolute freedom, however that continues to unfold over the last 244 years and the next 244 years. GOD BLESS AMERICA & ALL THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES 🇺🇲❤🇺🇲❤

This week during bookclub for "sensual celibacy by Donna Marie Williams with we dug deeper into step 4: heal your soul questions. Getting different perspectives from all different ages and s*xual orientations.

we went over step 3 in sensual celibacy by Donna Marie Williams. Set, then pursue, goals. We completed brainstorm activity on page 83. View my photos to see my awnsers.

We touched apon fear associated with s*x, either by fear of contracting and STD or getting pregnant or someone else pregnant or struggling with PTSD during s*xual activity. We will continue to dive into that topic along with others in step 4 next week "heal your soul"
