My name is Maddy Manco, and I am excited to begin coaching with the Garden State Cardinals in Randolph, New Jersey. I offer softball lessons and clinics tailored to each player’s individual needs, with a focus on skill development, confidence, and a positive mindset. I graduated from Jefferson Township High School as a 12-varsity-letter athlete and competed at the varsity level for all four years of high school in softball, basketball, and soccer. In softball, I primarily played outfield, batted and threw right-handed, and also spent time behind the plate as a catcher. Throughout my athletic career, I earned numerous honors, including Third Team All-State recognition, Morris County Coaches Award, and All-Conference honors. I also earned my 100th hit and my teams defensive player of the year. My proudest accomplishments were helping my team win two State Sectional Championships during my years at Jefferson Township High School. As a coach, my goal is to help young athletes improve every day, both on and off the field. I believe that success starts with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and healthy mindset. I am passionate about teaching the game of softball, building confidence in my players, and creating an environment where athletes can grow, compete, and enjoy the game.
