Dinner FOUR:
Spray pan, place in fresh spinach, bake until soft (375), place on leftovers with homemade taco sauce or very little store bought (microwaved until warm) sprinkle lightly with cheese. Bake for 10ish minutes...Enjoy!! π

Start them early and they will eat healthy for life! He's loving this 'burger' of tomatoes, chicken, spinach, quinoa & spice!
