We have crappie size minnows that they find irresistible under a slip bobber! We also have medium leeches that dudes have been rigging wacky style with great success. Shadehill, Angustora, Curlew, Sheridan, Bismark, Cottonwood Springs, Pactola (if you can find em they’re toads) have all been good places.

The big Brown Trout and the big Lakers are primarily nocturnal hunters. The cheat code for these big ones is too drop down a submersible green light. They’ll drop down 30 ft well past the thermocline into the cooler water temps where they’ll feed at night like a moth to a flame with these high lumen underwater lights! GET SOME!

The fish are biting soooooo good you better BUY BAIT IN BULK AND SAVE MONEY!

This Dude was WHOPPER PLOPPING at Pactola and tied into this 17 1/2 pounder! This was his biggest pike of the day but he said he caught several other Pike. The top water prop baits aren’t just for Largemouth, Pike and Smallmouth will hit these lures. We’ve got a pretty sweet selection of Whopper Ploppers, Choppos, ClapTails, and Sucker Pops! GET SOME!

PACTOLA North Boat Ramp updates……GFP Habitat Personnel added 13 tons of spalling rock and leveled the wash out hole the best they could. The shoreline side of the ramp is the best so hug that side as lakeside of the ramp has a drop off. Thank you for helping the boaters as best as possible with these low water levels. As you can see from pictures the fellas were limited with they’re equipment. Good job !
