School is in session, and we are back on our FALL SESSION SCHEDULE!!



We sent a big group on to their college programs, and we have some room for anyone looking to improve their throwing ahead of the spring season.



We have openings M-F, in all throwing events, and a full Olympic Weightroom on-site. Full@indoor and outdoor throwing facilities.

The 2025 Iron Wood Throws Classic will be held June 26 and June 28 at The Iron Wood Throwers Center.



The meet format will remain the same, with the Saturday (6/28) competition being a World Athletics Championships-level/Continental Tour Bronze meet!

Olympic Gold Medalist and his coach will be at Iron Wood for a 2-day clinic



Technical review, Learn-by-doing, and time to ask all of your questions. All at and .wood.throwers.camp



Participating athletes and observing coaches are welcome! Youth, high school, club, collegiate levels are encouraged to attend.
