Dear Lakeland Middle School Families,

As a school community, we have spent the past weeks grieving the loss of one of our own, Wyatt Bagne. During this time, we have witnessed an incredible outpouring of kindness, compassion, and support for Wyatt's family and for one another. For that, we are deeply grateful.

The Bagne family has shared information regarding Wyatt's Celebration of Life and has welcomed our school community to attend.

We encourage those who feel called to attend to come together as a community to continue wrapping Wyatt's family in love, strength, and support. This will be an opportunity to celebrate the light, cheerful energy, and kind-hearted joy that Wyatt brought to so many lives.

Please continue to keep the Bagne family in your thoughts as they continue to navigate the days ahead with courage, grace, and a focused care for others that is a gift to our Hawk Family. We are thankful to be part of a community that consistently shows up for one another in times of need.
