e best. I decided to become a Team Beachbody Coach and help others that were in the same boat as me and earn a little bit of money to cover my Shakeology and program habit. Since then I have helped many people get control of their lives, and feel better about themselves. Danielle encouraged me to get certified as a personal trainer, something she never knew I dreamed about doing when I was younger but never felt that I could be effective as a fat guy. She got me to believe that it would help me with my Beachbody business and my clients and next thing I know I am working at Rathdrum Fitness. Now I have been an anti-gym guy since I got out of the Army because of the stigma and stereotypical behavior displayed in every gym I had ever been in. It was clean, it was family oriented, it felt small town and good to be there. Both the members and the staff were wonderful and I didn't see a single "muscle kisser". Haven't looked back since. In the time I have been there I have run two contests, picked up some of the GREATEST clients any trainer could ask for, and I am currently running test groups for 12 week weight loss programs and every one of my clients inspire me to be better every day. With my mental health background and personal history, I know and understand the emotional factors of weight loss and self worth when it comes to being unhealthy. From a training standpoint, I train in the gym, offer online training for anywhere in the US and Canada, and will soon be branching out to training in your home or business. She is one of the most ingenuitive people I know when it comes to meal prep and exciting new healthy meal ideas. We will do our best to throw out those ideas for you as often as possible.
