18 years of memories can never fit into 20 pictures but the glimpse of our life together that these photos hold are a reminder of all of the time we got to spend together.

You are so full of light, love, compassion and happiness. You are the most commited and disciplined person that I have ever known and I am so grateful for the love and light that you have brought into my life.

I could spend the rest of my days chasing you around the country watching you chase your dreams and goals. You are truly a blessing to anyone who has the honor of calling you their friend.

Being your Dad is my most favorite blessing.

You both are my "why" and the reason I strive to be a better man than I was the day before.

Ive never been the perfect parent or what society says I should be but who has time for all that anyways?

I love the Lord, I try my best and I know Gods plan for our lives will never fail.

This life we get to live is truly amazing and I am so happy that I get to spend everyday with you both by my side!!

Father's Day is great and all but Im a father every day and Im thankful for a family who honors me daily in more ways than I can count.

We are incredibly excited to announce that Shelby Garten has officially signed and committed to Bellevue University for the next 4 years to continue her academic and wrestling career.

We are so so proud of you babygirl. Your commitment, dedication and work ethic are unmatched.

Everything you have sacrificed and everything you have persevered through when most would have hung it up and walked away are some of the reasons why you have done things only a few have achieved.

What a blessing it is to chase your dreams and turn them all into a reality!!

The Grind Never Stops!!

All the glory to God and we praise Him for the blessings we receive and the lives we live. It is only by His hands that all these things are possible.

365 days in and we're just getting started!!

I am very grateful for all of the people who have believed in this vision and have been a part of our growing community over the last year. Without you all none of this is even possible.

The Vision of 3F playing itself out in real time.

Everyday I get to do fitness with my family. Some days we're all here together and some days we're not but all days we are doing fitness.

Our vision at FAMILY F1RST FITNESS is to create a space where families can enjoy physical fitness together.

We dont HAVE to do fitness together.

We GET to do fitness together.

Building stronger families that put health and fitness as a priority in their lives is something we are very passionate about.

I love this life that the good Lord has blessed me with. This time together is not promised to last forever but I will take every moment I get with them and cherish it deeply.

What legacy are you leaving your children and those in your community?

If youre not thinking about how your impact affects those around you, I highly recommend you start.

Changing the paradigm of what healthy and happy families are starts in one house at a time.
