How to Test Your Finger Strength 💪
Coach is demonstrating the setup and cueing for a good overhead finger strength test using the .six forceboard and edge. We use testing like this with our classes and clients to help set baselines, individual goals, and progress reports for our climbers!
Spring Training starts March 3rd! This is a 90 minute structured training and climbing class for climbers looking to properly prepare for spring season! We are looking for 4 more climbers!

New Sets!
Taped Boulders are the best way to introduce yourself to the Spray Wall. Normally you have to check the app and then memorize the Boulder, but these are the bridge in between.
Come check out the new taped sets as well as the other 179 boulder problems we have on this wall from V0-V10
Coach will set up some new purple and black problems (V7-10+) for those that are ready to challenge gravity.

The lights are back on the GHopper and the new Spray Wall is ~50 holds from being done! 🧗💪🏻

Time to slowly fill it back in!
We change the spray wall every ~2 years. This long lifespan really lets you see progress over time. What was once a mint project can be become your warmup in 2 years and that kind of progress is awesome to see in your climbing growth!
