I am a Zumba Fitness instructor with specialty training in: Zumba Gold, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Toning and Zumba Gold-Toning. Zumba is a dance fitness class to Latin and worldwide rhythms. Faith Dance Fitness class tonight. Wow.
🙏🏼🥰 I'm grateful for all of you. You helped me more than I can express just by showing up. Your presence, your laughter, and smiles. It really filled my soul to the brim.
After the day I had it would have been easier to cancel, but I didn't want to. My brain for sure was taking up space somewhere else. I had an hour of relief in between getting Bella situated and getting to class. I just couldn't catch my thoughts. Thank you for partaking in my mishaps. 🤭

Before class I sit and reflect on what's going on around our area and with many people coming to class. There's been a lot of grief and struggles for many lately. I offer you this Bible verse.
It's never our plan, it's God's plan. What might not make sense to us serves a purpose, and he's always with us guiding us even in our toughest moments.
