I'm a Yoga Alliance, Registered Yoga Teacher with years of experience. I began my yoga journey at the age of 14. Yoga is a part of my every breath.

I like to make Yoga Accessible to everyone with a light-hearted, diverse teaching style suitable for all fitness levels My mother & I took a class together and we were the two youngest students! Thank goodness times have changed and yoga now attracts people of all ages. I have carried yoga in my heart and soul ever since.
