Training begins Sunday, Feb 4 at Hillcrest Field Sports in Exeter, PA from 10:30AM-Noon.

This program is designed for players who are serious about taking their football skills to the next level. These sessions will build on each other, ensuing continuous skill development and positive reinforcement and session plans will be new and exciting each time.

Completion of payment must be made prior to participation. Easy PayPal payment can be made on our website.

🏈 Positional Skills Covered:
Quarterback skills covered: Stance and steps, 3 Step Drop, 5 Step Drop, Sprint Out, Drills to develop throwing on the run and in the Pocket, QB Footwork etc.

Receiver skills covered: Stance and starts, 3 Yard Out, 5 Yard Slant, 5 Yard Hitch, Comebacks and Posts, Releases and Fades etc.

Lineman skills covered: Tackling, Stance and Steps to Blocking, Pass & Run Protection, Reading Blocks, Technique and Gaps, Hand Accuracy and Positioning etc.

📍Please Note: We have a maximum of 25 player spots. This is the maximum we can accommodate with the number of coaches and the size of the facility to ensure each player gets the most out of their training. Unfortunately, once it’s full, it’s full.

A Jr. Size football, and please make sure it’s pumped up

Molded cleats (recommended) or sneakers
No metal cleats

Team Works Football Academy has trained more than 1,000 youth student-athletes comprised of seventeen school districts within Berks, Lancaster, Montgomery and Schuylkill Counties.

We credit our growth and retention to our coaching staff who delivers a fast-paced, fun and student-athlete centered curriculum whereby an individual is supported and empowered to develop, improve and become the best version of themselves.

Our coaching staff includes former collegiate and professional players, educators and current HS - Pro Level coaches who have a natural desire to bring out the best in our student-athletes.
