I really need to get back out and get some sunlight before El Niño.. If we get the heavy rain that is expected we should get a really nice rain wash down the creeks and rivers exposing lots of new material.

This was the find of the day! Blue Orbicular Jasper-Agate! It's super awesome to see this rock at this location because I have a good idea of where it eroded from many miles away! Most of this type of material is very low quality but anything that has made it this far down the river is definitely a better quality piece.

I can never resist checking out these big beautiful yellow Jaspers! This one has some really cool stuff going on!
