From the beginning of time, humans have chosen whether or not to abide by these laws or not. Choosing to ascend or choosing to descend. Either way, time keeps us moving forward.

Fall 2019 Schedule

Starting June 19th, 2019 We're going back to our roots. It's been 12 years and we're so glad to be back in this special space!! Mountain Town Yoga classes will held at the Red Lodge School of Dance!! We're thrilled to be sharing space with this amazing group of people! See you at 20 N Broadway soon! ❤️
