Come celebrate the 40th year of Red Lodge School of Dance by registering for the 2026/2027 dance season.

Come see a Night at the Museum presented by the Red Lodge School of Dance. Our dancers have been working hard all year to bring you an exciting experience. History never looked so fun!

This year we have a new dance instructor teaching Advance ballet and adult ballet.

Laura Kay Young studied ballet at Gwinnett Ballet Theatre, Atlanta Ballet, Joffrey Ballet summer intensives, and the dance minor program at Georgia College.
She performed with many dance companies including Atlanta Festival Ballet, North Atlanta Dance Theatre, Nashville Ballet, Alabama Ballet, ReddLegg Dance, and Ashani along with guesting across the nation. A few of her favorite roles include the Crow from Aesop’s Fables, Marzipan in Balanchine’s The Nutcracker, a Raymonda variation, and Swanhilda.
Young is grateful for her great mentors: Bernadette Mathis, Sharon Story, Amelia Pelton, and Maggie Wright Tesch. Now retired, she hopes to honor their legacy with every class she teaches. This year will be an exciting return to the studio and Young looks forward to her time working with the dance students of Red Lodge!

A little late but we all had fun for the 4th of July parade.

It’s Festival of Nations time in Red Lodge and our Red Lodge school of Dancer dancers will be performing this weekend. Performances will be on Saturday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the Civic Center. Please come see all the dancers this Saturday and enjoy these cultural dances.

Congratulations to all of our beautiful dancers on their outstanding performances. They brought our showcase up to a new standard of excellence. We can’t wait to see what they’ll do next year.
