There is no such thing as balance. The balance we perceive is opposing forces. Quiet energy in action, small opposing movements into or away from. Seeking balance is embracing or moving away from energies. Balance is not stillness, it is action. Balance can be exhausting and balance cultivates awareness. As soon as you think you are aware you lied to yourself.

Well.... there goes the record for longest time being a white belt. I should've been here a long time ago. However with growing injuries and back problems I continually had to stop training. From a cane to competing again my methods to get your body functioning again work. With a combination of correctives and PNF techniques I can now train like I should've been years ago.
