A former resident of Shasta County, Sarah returns with experience as a movement therapy instructor in San Diego and with shared knowledge from experts around the globe. She will be sharing her own experience of how the methods she will teach have been used to heal from severe anxiety and chronic pain, then lead her to a successful career as an athlete before translating her story into resources to help others.
