We’re not looking for perfection. And we’re not particularly interested in how pretty your Pilates looks.
We’re interested in whether you understand what you’re doing.
We don’t load you up with springs straight away and call it “progressive overload.” Resistance has its place, but more springs don’t automatically mean more challenging work. Sometimes, quite the opposite.
And the sudden obsession with “progression” in Pilates? That feels a little redundant, doesn’t it?
It’s a practice. The intention has always been to progress…to develop strength, coordination, control, and a better understanding of how your body moves.
Some days it clicks. Some days it doesn’t. We adjust, refine, challenge, and keep learning.
We were teaching this way long before the buzzwords arrived.
Because Pilates isn’t a performance. It’s a practice.
📌Save this for the next time someone asks you why don’t you just add more springs.
For the love of movement. Since 2019. 🤍
