If you haven’t hiked Brandy Creek Falls yet, this is the perfect time of year to get trekking! Our kiddos had a great time on the trail checking out the waterfalls and enjoying some lunch beside the creek. Perfect for families with kids, individuals, and groups alike with gorgeous views along the way. Get outside!

Thanks to all who came out to learn more about our community programs at the Redding Trail Alliance Mixer! We had a great time connecting with other outdoor enthusiasts, meeting some amazing organizations, and giving out prizes for our competitions! We have the best community here. Positive childhood experiences play a powerful role in supporting healthy social and emotional development. In our county, we often meet young people who face both challenges. That’s why we created the Youth Explore Program! By offering free outings and activities for youth of all backgrounds, we’re helping make those happy, enriching moments a regular part of their lives. This week we took our new volunteers on a little training hike ready for the next Youth Explore Day! (…had to see if they would be able to keep up with those wily kiddos 😜 😂) Of course they passed with flying colors! 😎 These guys are a huge blessing to our team and have so many great skills to share. It’s gonna be a great season of adventures ahead.
