Offering hooping lessons for guys & girls, parents & kids. Kids 10yr and under free to participate with parent/guardian(s). Burn up to 400-600 calories in 1hr.
Regain muscle memory, stability, & coordination.
Have a more active life style with this exercise through hoop tricks incorporated with dance. Hoops provided are also for sale. Custom made hoops are also available. You're welcome to bring your own.
Taking appointments for hoop lessons. Group lessons available as well, if enough people are available. Message me or comment here to set up a date & time.
Price options:
1hr @ $20 (per child) one on one or
or group lessons (kids only class).
1hr @ $40 (Adults) one on one lessons.
Children 10 and under free to attend with Parent/Guardian. ($10.00 off if you bring a friend, or $20.00 to the two of you if you split the cost)
1 day a week for 1hr each week out of the month for $150 ($150 first initial month then $125 each month after that.)
$25 off for you of the $150 if you bring a friend to sign up for month class.
Outside and open spaces are recommended for tosses and most tricks.

Must call (310)709-2298 to schedule lessons. Keep a look out for upcoming group classes to sign up for.

PSA: Summer heat can and WILL try to hurt your hoops! Plastic melts and so will tape adhesive. Keep your babies safe and only in your car during transport.
Even uncollapsed, one day in a hot car was enough to alter multiple hoops enough to need repairs!
