Established in 1998
Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness started out in 1998 as a cardio kickboxing class based out of a karate studio in Redlands. studio and added 37 150lb heavy bags. Before taking over Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness in 2006, the studio mainly catered to Cardio Kickboxing Enthusiasts. Since then Monique developed these classes and added them to our schedule. The Core Interval Class evolved and grew naturally from the well thought out design of two of my instructor trainers Tom and Ian. After this high intensity, strength and cardio class was presented to me, I immediately added it to our schedule. I am always open to new ideas and suggestions. My staff and I strive to assist all clients and members in reaching and exceeding their personal health and fitness goals though continued growth and development of our classes and equipment.
