Hello Redmond, Oregon! I am so excited to announce that after three months since arriving back home in the States and phase 2 has taken place, I will be finally be launching two brand new Zumba® Fitness classes in beautiful Central Oregon! Our first class will be Sunday the 28th at noon🎉✨!
If you've never tried Zumba before here's your chance to come check it out. I guarantee you will have a blast and recieve a safe and effective workout. Zumba is for all ages and fitness levels, as I modify steps to cater to those brand new to dance and fitness and progress through the routines to work our way up to be dance superstars (or at least feel like one😉). Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned dancer you're sure to have a blast. Zumba classes are a judgement free zone and everyone is invited, so don't be scared to join in, I promise it'll be one of the best decisions you'll make for a healthier and happier YOU! We will travel around the world through dance with a variety of music styles like Salsa, Bachata, Samba, Bhangra, Belly Dance, Dance hall, Rock&Roll, Soca and so many more rhythms! Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!! 🍀💚Danced with these 🔥BEAUTIES🔥 this morning and omg I had so many moments where I would just stop, look at them and want to cry with happiness! Ladies you were all so gorgeous and amazing on the dance floor💖 There is nothing more special than doing what you most love in life and feeling that love spread throughout the room.
