Back to School. Back to Routines. Back to Swimming.
As schedules fill up with school, sports and activities, swimming can be easy to put off—but learning to swim is more than another extracurricular. It’s a life-saving skill.
Fall is a great time to build consistency, improve technique and develop confidence in the water—without waiting until next summer.
And when that winter beach vacation or warm-weather getaway comes around, your swimmer will be ready to enjoy the water with greater confidence and you will enjoy more peace of mind.

💧👶 Is your babysitter water safety educated?
The National Drowning Prevention Alliance (NDPA) created a Caregiver Water Safety Checklist to help parents and caregivers understand the steps needed to keep kids safer in and around water.
We’ve partnered with NDPA to help raise awareness about drowning prevention and share resources that empower families and caregivers with the right knowledge.

Swim diaper questions come up in nearly every parent orientation, so let's settle it here.
A good swim diaper should fit snugly at the legs and waist without leaving red marks, and reusable swim diapers tend to hold up better across multiple classes than disposables. Avoid anything baggy, since it won't contain accidents and can affect a baby's movement in the water.
Not sure what your class requires? Check with your local front desk before your first session.
