Clean +2 Push Press + Jerk
The Clean - Just Work
The Push Press - Reinforce proper bar placement overhead and fatigue those little muscles.
The Jerk - Aggressive leg drive, and getting yourself under the bar. FAST!
who wants some more barbell work?
Coach getting after some Deficit Pull + Deficit Sn**ch.
⠀
Deficit work will help you be patient through a longer pull allowing you to finish with better extension through the hips and generate more power. ⠀

We have a
NEW WORLD CHAMPION!
Naomi took 1st in the WORLD at the World Masters Virtual Championships - age group W55 weight category 45kg.
She also took BEST LIFTER in the W55 age Group with a 285.765 SHMF TOTAL. This is a standardization of total weight lifted by body weight and age.
Her SHMF total also ranked her #5 out of 365+/- TOTAL women who competed!
She went 5/6
Sn**ched 42/45/48X
Clean & Je**ed 53/56/61 for a NEW PR
Totaled 106kg for a NEW PR as well
All are unofficial NEW Masters WORLD RECORDS. They don’t count because it was a virtual meet and impossible to verify equipment.
She is a dedicated individual that has been putting in the work, this is just a warm up for the big stage: The 2022 WORLD MASTERS GAMES in KANSAI, JAPAN next May where she will be able to officially go after those WORLD RECORDS in front of her hometown!

Jeannie feeling the tension and holding onto good positions, working from the top down with some Touch and Go Hang Sn**ches.
What we do in Barbell Club is the exactly same thing we do in our group classes. We just do it a little more often for those who have the extra time to train the lifts or possibly want to compete.

One day we’ll get him back on the platform. Kanishk Panwar I don’t need no weightlifting shoes!
Yes, we do dedicated technique and position work in our Sasquatch Strength group classes. That will have to do for now.

Coach did you see and are doing it now too😂🤣. They must have been following our Instagram!🤣
A great positional drill that helps lifters learn how to apply pressure into the floor and push with the legs rather than pull with the back.
