For 38 incredible weeks, Grace and her Pilates instructor, Maria, have been on a very special mission… PROJECT BABY!

From the very first trimester to her final Pilates class before welcoming her little one, Grace has shown up with determination, consistency, and an incredible commitment to her strength and well-being.

And guiding her every step of the way has been Maria, thoughtfully and safely progressing Grace through each trimester, adapting her Pilates practice as her body changed, and helping her build the strength, confidence, and body awareness to prepare for labor.

Now, at 38 weeks, Grace feels STRONG, EMPOWERED, and READY for LABOR! 💪
