New Schedule UPDATES!
We have made a few changes to help you level up your training.
NEW on Wednesday’s HYROX is offered in place of BUILD.
HYROX
Pharos’ prep program built to increase speed, stamina, and grit. HYROX blends running and cardio machines with functional movements to mimic race-day intensity and push your performance to the next level.
HYROX prep:
Know Before You Go Zoom with Coach Eric Dec. 3 at 8pm AND a Technique + Tips Workshop Dec. 6th at 8:15am
HYBRID:
This class combines weightlifting, gymnastics + functional exercises to develop strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness! With multiple scaling options available, HYBRID is suitable for all looking to work hard, learn new skills and achieve a new level of fitness.
WEEKENDS
Saturday partner workouts in BUILD and HYBRID are now optional. We believe in the power of the PAC and the motivation that comes with teamwork. But we also know that we have our lone wolves out their who need to work at their own pace in order to achieve the goals they have for themselves. This is our opportunity to meet you where you’re at!
