👉🏼What’s helped me grow my confidence (and I was shy AF!!) is truth. I didn’t see it at the time, but truth got me here.

How? 👉🏼 through mindfulness & devotion.

Mindfulness helped me see, feel, and hear what was true. Externally and more importantly, within me.

Which helped me deepen my self love, actually nourish myself, and have my own back through radical self acceptance…

And devotion only made that grow. 🌹My capacity to feel safe as I took a long hard look at my actions and my life grew… my capacity to see & align myself with truth grew..

Thanks for making the world a safer place.

“I’ve had coaches & courses galore and I’m ready to do it my OWN way” this was JUST said to me on a call yesterday …

And, same. I’m here to create impact for the average person…. To get them grounded, embodied, and plugged into the present moment.

But what’s been blocking my impact is thinking what I charge is tied to my worth. And that these coaches on instagram charging $10k a month for coaching are THAT worthy.

And no shame on charging this month, there’s a very high caliber of client for that. But this person is rare and this is not my target audience.

The capitalistic conditioning of worshipping money with how coaches market themselves is running rampant here on instagram.

And I get it, money feels good to have. Being both an immigrant & a woman, it’s exciting to have an avenue of making money without a boss. But I think we’re forgetting how surface level money is…

I used to follow along with coaches who talk about money in a big way. Thinking I could pleasure and embody my way into wealth.

But I’ve woken up to something.

If I want to help the average woman and the national US average income is $97,962… why listen to the coaches that charge $10k/month? What impact is that creating?

It’s not in service to who I want to work with and it’s not in service to all of us newbie entrepreneurs here listening to your advice thinking you have the answers that will help us.

I’ve seen something I can’t unsee now.

What I see from my perspective is money being put on a pedestal while some sacred things in this life are being discarded & ignored.

And I can’t help but wonder….

What would society look like if we had this same worship for:

…the water we drink daily to survive?
…the fertile soil that grows our food?
…the relationships we have?
…the relationships that because of their existence bring us all our needs and desires via the internet???
…the scientists, teachers, doctors, and thousands of other professionals that have such a huge impact on our lives??
…life itself?

And more importantly than asking what would this look like… how would you FEEL?

As I’m approaching my 33rd birthday, I feel more woman than ever before. I feel so at home in my body, confident in all of what she is, and burning with passion to share what’s on my heart.
