Shema Fitness is here to help you improve your fitness, health, all while getting you to the best shape of your life. My name is Cyrus Ntakirutinka.

I am a personal trainer in Los Angeles. I once was a skinny kid that could not put on muscle to save my life. In 2009, that all changed, when I began to understand the fundamentals of dieting and training. I made significant improvements and I gained a strong sense of confidence with each achievement after. Since then, I have helped many in their pursuit to move better, be healthier and feel better. I am here to help you on your journey as well.

-3 gym visits a week, sometimes 2
-4 to 5 exercises

Key factor: consistency. If you are going to succeed in your resolution. Don’t complicate it, just show up and go from there.
