6 years ago we took a leap of faith and moved from Georgia to California. 🌴☀️
First and foremost, all Glory to God for carrying us through every step of this journey. From driving across the country talking with my homeboy Mishad, to my auntie opening her home for us while we figured things out, God placed the right people in our life at the right time. 🙏🏾
Since touching down in California, it’s been a journey filled with growth, challenges, opportunities, and blessings. From building my business and landing clients to creating opportunities I once prayed for, God has continued to show up time and time again.
California definitely isn’t easy, but these last 6 years have changed my life in so many ways. I’m grateful for every lesson, every struggle, every win, and every person who has been part of the journey.
Cheers to 6 years in California and everything God still has in store. 💯❤️

Monday Motivation 😤🔥🦁 (Check last slide)
If your goal is to look good, feel good, and perform well, my professional recommendation is to train full body, especially if you are training 3 to 4 times per week.
Your body works as one, so why train it separately?
Here is a breakdown of how I structure my full body days:
I start with a hip dominant movement like deadlifts or hip thrusts.
In between sets, I add core work like planks, dead bugs, or anti rotation exercises.
Then I follow it with a push or pull movement.
My next circuit includes a knee dominant movement like squats or Bulgarian split squats.
Core work again.
Then the opposite of the first upper body movement. If I did push first, now I do pull. For example, DB alternating press or chest supported rows.
Lastly, I finish with cardiovascular work like the air bike or rower.
If you want this in an easy to access format that lets you track your stats and gives you a system for accountability, DM me “plan” and I will send you the details.

Here’s what my training has been looking like lately
I’ve taken a step back from ego lifting and chasing numbers just to impress people.
Now it’s about the full picture!
Looking good
Feeling good
Moving better
Performing better
Becoming a complete athlete is the goal and the physique is just a bonus 💪🏾

1:39 deadhang. Missed the record by just a few seconds.
300 lb trap bar hold for 1:04 and placed 4th.
9 pull ups straight after both challenges.
Moments like this remind me why I train the way I do. Grip strength. Mental toughness. Staying composed when it burns and everything says let go.
The work is paying off and it also shows me there is another level to reach.
If you don’t use it, you lose it. So I will keep building. Keep pushing. Keep showing up.

Birthday workout with my forever partner.
Blessed to see another year, blessed to build with my wife.
A little under the weather, but that’s not stopping me from enjoying my day and showing gratitude for what I do have and all the love. 🙏🏾💪🏾
