YogaMo Maureen has over 40 years of experience instructing in the fitness arena, and began her Yoga practice over 20 years ago.
She received her Yoga teacher certification through Cloud Nine Yoga, and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Maureen enjoys teaching Hatha Basic, Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga to students at all levels of strength, flexibility and Yoga experience. Maureen's classes are known for their inclusiveness, detailed instruction, playfulness, and grace. Maureen creates the space for each participant
