If you are unfamiliar with the event; Row For A Reason is a unique fundraiser that combines a great workout with a great cause. Participants sign up to row in half-hour time slots for a $50 donation. Row at your own pace, invite a friend to share the rowing with you or push yourself to log as many meters as you can.

Funds raised at Row For A Reason directly support 200+ programs each month of support, education, and hope that is offered to cancer patients and their loved ones at Cancer Support Community South Bay.

Your attendance and generosity at this event will allow us to continue helping over 2,000 people annually, in 20,000 visits – all FREE OF CHARGE – who have been touched by cancer. Next week, week 9 of the Challenge is Bring A Friend Week! If you know someone who would love what we do and wants to join our amazing community, invite them to join you any day next week! Just give us a heads-up so we can manage attendance. And don’t worry—we’ll scale the workouts to match their fitness level if needed.

Hard to believe we turn 15 today! A huge THANK YOU to all who have supported Body One Fitness over the years. And a special THANK YOU to all members past and present who trusted us to help you achieve your fitness goals, we couldn't have made it this far without your loyalty and support.

The Body One Fitness Challenge 2025 is just 2 weeks away!! Our partner Challenge 2024 worked so well that we are sticking to the theme! The Partner Challenge 2025 goal is to help motivate everyone to start the new year with new goals, extra motivation to achieve those goals, and lots of fun.

Anyone can join the challenge solo, but only a partner team is eligible to win the FREE 3-month unlimited group training prize each. Choose any Body One Fitness member or have a spouse, significant other, family member, or friend join the challenge to help motivate and keep you accountable over the 12 weeks. Partners can be of any breakdown and can go to different classes. Whether you want to be stronger or faster or compete in a race/meet, the 12 weeks are based on achieving your goals.

New members can join for the 12 weeks of the Challenge at a discounted membership price of $529, which includes unlimited group training, 2 scans, and a finisher tee@bodyspec.
Existing members can join for $149, including 2 scans and a finisher tee.
