All levels welcome! I’m Ryan. I’m a So Cal native, a travel hidden gem adventurer, and passionate about fitness. I have been a Trainer in the South Bay for nearly 20 years. Here’s a little secret… a lot of the clients I work with don't start out feeling fired up and ready to go.

They come to see me when they feel tired, and they are skeptical that they can even turn it around.

Here is what I know after two decades of coaching people: that feeling is incredibly common.

And it is also incredibly wrong!

Because everything they secretly want is still on the table:
✅ Feeling leaner and stronger.
✅ Sleeping well and waking up with real energy.
✅ Less anxiety and more joy.
✅ Something to look forward to.

None of that has an expiration date.

Your body hasn't given up on you. It's just waiting for you to ask something of it again.

If any part of this resonates with you, save it or share it with someone who needs to hear it today.

And if you are ready to find out what is still possible for you, DM me "WORD" and let's talk.

⬇️ Comment “CALC” and I’ll send you the link to find your biological age.

🎂 You have two ages. One is on your birth certificate. The other one? You're living it every day.

The gap between your chronological age and your biological age comes down to your habits:

✅ How you move
✅ How you sleep
✅ What you eat
✅ How you manage stress

It's never too late to start closing that gap.

Want to know where you’re at?

✅ Eating balanced meals at regular intervals.
✅ Getting up and moving around during the day.
✅ Going to bed and waking up at the same time.
✅ Doing workouts that match your energy.

Hate doing dishes? You’ll LOVE this veggie hash, which uses just one pan.

But that’s not the only reason you’ll love it. There’s something about this recipe… maybe it’s all the textures and flavors… that makes it craveable!

One-Pan Spring Veggie Hash with Crispy Eggs
Serves 2–3

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 small sweet potato, diced small
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small zucchini, chopped
½ small onion, sliced
Salt + pepper
½ tsp garlic powder or smoked paprika (optional)
4–6 eggs
Optional add-ins: Fresh herbs, feta or goat cheese, avocado, leftover chicken or sausage, white beans or chickpeas

➡️How to make it:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sweet potato and cook 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it starts to soften.

Add onion, bell pepper, and zucchini. Season with salt, pepper, and spices. Cook until tender and lightly browned.

Make small wells in the veggies and crack eggs directly into the pan. Cover and cook until whites are set and edges are crispy. Leave yolks runny or cook longer if you prefer.
Serve straight from the pan.

What are the top 3 songs you’ve been listening to on repeat lately?

Here are mine right now:
🎧 Abracadabra – Lady Gaga
🎧 Aperture – Harry Styles
🎧 Work – Pitbull

These have been on heavy rotation.

Music has a powerful way of shifting your mood. It can boost energy, help you push harder in workouts, and even make it easier to go longer without feeling as tired.

If you’ve got a song that always gets you moving, send it my way. I’m always looking to add to my workout playlist.

The "Never Miss 2 Days" rule is one of my favorites for people who want to lose weight because it removes pressure and has built-in flexibility!

It’s all about circling back to your healthy habits before they have a chance to slip away.

This is how people stay consistent while also being flexible AND living a real life!

If you ever struggle on the weekends, this one is for you! 🙋

Monday through Friday? You’re good.

But then Friday night rolls around, it's like someone flips a switch.

By Sunday night, you feel bloated, tired, achy, and mad at yourself, and feel like it’s time for yet another Monday when you’re “starting over again.”

Here’s what might be causing it:

1. You might be way too strict during the week.

2. You have zero structure on weekends. (The most common reason!)

On weekends, we don’t usually have a schedule. Meal times are different, your bedtime is different, and your activities are different. Without a structure, it can be harder to follow through on your healthy habits.

Here’s what I do:
I add more flexibility during the week, and then I have a plan for the weekend to give myself a little structure (nothing crazy, just a plan for my meals, workouts, and sleep).

It’s a relief to have your weekdays and weekends connected with some consistency, and it’s an even BIGGER relief not to feel like every Monday is a new start date.

I’ve seen this pattern a lot.

Life gets busy or stressful, and taking care of yourself starts to slip.

A day or two off turns into a week…
Then a couple of weeks…
Then a month…

And before you know it, you’ve forgotten how good you actually feel when you’re consistent.

Then you come back, get one good workout in, and think:
“I feel so much better already. Why did I wait so long?”

Sound familiar?

A simple rule that’s helped a lot of people I work with:
Don’t miss more than two days in a row.

That doesn’t mean you need a full workout or perfect nutrition.

It just means doing something, a short walk, a quick workout, a better meal choice, so you don’t lose that momentum.

Because once you stay connected to that “I feel good” feeling, everything gets easier.

I’ve seen it lead to more consistency, better results, and a stronger overall feeling.

If you want help building a plan that actually fits your life and keeps you on track, that’s exactly what we focus on inside my 21-Day Transformation Challenge.

The 1% Better Rule works because it eliminates the “go big or go home” energy.

It relies on small improvements that build momentum over time instead…

And makes it so much easier to be consistent,

It shows you how a missed day now and then doesn't erase progress…

But helps to keep you focused and moving forward towards your goals.
