Emily brings such warm, welcoming energy to every class, making everyone feel right at home. We’re so grateful for her!

In honor of Men’s Health Month, we’re inviting the guys to take over the reformers and experience firsthand why this workout has such a loyal following.

Join on Friday, June 19th at 7:00pm for a 45-minute full-body workout that combines Pilates, strength training, cardio, and core work.

No experience needed. Just show up ready to move, sweat, and maybe discover some muscles you didn’t know you had. 😉
