Power|Mat Pilates is a performance-based workout designed to build real core strength, improve stability, and enhance the way your body moves in everyday life and athletic activity.
Expect intentional, controlled movement focused on alignment, breath, and full-body strength.
We emphasize proper form, muscle activation, and progression to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free.
This is a power mat class, so you can expect to work up a sweat while still maintaining control and precision throughout every movement. Itās a challenging, effective workout that delivers real results without sacrificing technique.
Whether youāre new to Pilates or looking to refine your foundation, this class will push you in the best way.
