Metro Tae Kwon Do

Metro Tae Kwon Do is a non-commercial youth program offered through the Red Morton Community Center in Redwood City, CA.

The program aim is to incorporate both the traditional art along with the modern sport, while creating a fun and challenging learning environment. Skills that are specific to Tae Kwon Do are taught along with movements that are essential to all athletics. Furthermore, students learn respect, discipline, and a positive attitude towards learning. The result is a stronger body and greater self-esteem.
