Free Self Defense for Women only on May 31st from 10am to 12pm. Registration is required as our spots are limited.
Learn how to handle a situation properly, improve your confidence and be aware of the environment around you to prevent a conflict,,,, women empowerment is our goal.

Many people were wondering what we were talking about, in the end we were just in the podium smiling to each other , laughing and having fun ,,, there are things that don’t need explanation,,, we are the only ones that need to know. 🙏🏽
