Beach House

It's not too late to get some beach time in July and August. We are now taking 4 day minimum rentals. $450/nt plus cleaning fee $125. Good deal if you stay a whole week. Friends and Family only. Reach out if you are interested.

We've officially begun taking reservations for summer 2022. For available weeks and questions, please send a direct message. This is a dog friendly, 3 bed, 2.5 bath home with a private fenced in backyard. The house sits right on the Junction & Breakwater trail in West Rehoboth.

Great news! We have available dates in October. Enjoy Rehoboth's amazing Jazz Festival (10/14-10/17). Shows will be performed in Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey. We are close to all three! In addition, we have dates open for the 31st annual Sea Witch Festival which kicks off Friday, 10/29. HGTV chose this event as of one of the top fall events to attend! There is a 3 night minimum for these specific dates. Message for info on these or other available dates.

Finishing touches....

It's taken some time to get the house in order, but we're almost there. We still have weekly dates available for this summer (Rehoboth Beach, DE). Dates are: 7/23-7/30...8/27-9/3 and 9/3-9/7. After the summer, two night minimums are accepted. Message for details on our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. Close to town, beaches and there is an 18 mile biking/running trail behind our house with private entrance (coded lock).

Getting down to the wire. Grading being completed, metal roof finished, back porch fan in, outdoor shower complete and kitchen coming along! ALMOST.DONE.
