Dewey Beach University was founded by Samuel Foust in 1915 in Rehoboth Beach, Del.
The Division III is part of the up-and-coming Mid-Atlantic Excelsior Football Conference.
Located 28 members of the crew teams! Special thanks to the MAEFC, Nassau U and Newark U in their continuing relief efforts!!
